PLANNING A SALE
Next-To-New’s Estate Committee offers its services as a ministry. The Committee is qualified to handle all your needs enabling you to sell household furnishings and other items effortlessly. At your convenience, a member of the Estate Committee will meet with you to discuss your estate. The Estate Committee will determine whether an Estate Sale in your home is appropriate or if consignable items should be moved to the store. In either case, the Estate Committee will begin as soon as your family has removed all items they wish to keep.

You receive 50% of the sales price of each item; Next-To-New retains 50% of the sale price. The only cost you may incur is the cost to move items to the store for consignment. This moving expense can be deducted from your account so that there are no up front expenses to you.

To discuss your estate with a member of Next-To-New’s Estate Committee, call 512-459-1288 and ask to speak to a member of the Estate Committee or click here to send an email to the Estate Committee.
